Here is a very simple and quick technique you can use anywhere. Your body sends extra blood to your muscles when you are tense and feel stress.Because of this your shoulders may begin to ache and give you headache as well. Your jaw may clench as stress increases. Stretching helps your muscles relax and reduces stress on your body throughout the day.

An effective way to relax your muscles is to stand andd stretch as often a possible.
